Credit does play a role as well but most credit issues can be mitigated with a larger deposit. Submit the FINDER FORM and you decide from the list if you want to visit the property. I have seen too many reviews where the reviewer was not honest in presenting all their facts. You never see a reviewer say "I didn't pay my rent and they evicted me" but rather statements about the upkeep of the property or the "mean management". In addition, driving by allows you to see more than the photos; after all the photos might not show the current condiition after a restoration and certaining doesn't give you a feeling about potiential neighbors, dogs, cars, etc. Driving by is the only thing I know of that gives you a true picture of the property TODAY.
